Emika provides AI employees — autonomous AI agents that run on dedicated servers. Each AI employee has its own container, persistent memory, file storage, and shell access. AI employees can build applications, automate workflows, connect to 130+ APIs and tools, run scheduled tasks, browse the web, and send messages on your behalf.
We offer a free trial with no credit card required. The free trial may be limited in features, usage, or duration. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time without notice.
Paid plans provide additional features, resources, and capacity. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

You should monitor your AI employee's activity and maintain appropriate oversight. Emika is a tool — you are the operator.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
Emika, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our written permission.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Your data is stored on dedicated servers hosted by Hetzner in Germany, within the European Union. We use MongoDB databases and isolated Docker containers for each user. For more information about how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on a "best effort" basis. Specifically:
